Welcome to AnimeLab Tokyo. We ship authentic Japanese anime collectibles directly from Japan to customers worldwide.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer three shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Japan Post e-Packet)
— Tracking included
— Delivery time: 7–14 business days
— Suitable for items under 2 kg

Express Shipping (Japan Post EMS)
— Tracking and insurance included
— Delivery time: 3–7 business days
— Recommended for high-value items

Premium Express (DHL / FedEx)
— Tracking, insurance, and priority handling
— Delivery time: 2–5 business days
— Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All orders ship from Japan. Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For United Kingdom customers:
— Orders under £135: Local VAT may be collected by the courier or carrier upon delivery
— Orders over £135: Import VAT and customs duties may apply, payable to the courier

For European Union customers:
— Orders under €150: Local VAT may apply, collected upon delivery
— Orders over €150: Import VAT and customs duties may apply

We declare all packages at their actual purchase value. We cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue shipments — this is illegal and could result in seizure.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website (Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx).

If you have not received a tracking update for more than 7 business days, please contact us.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

In the rare event your package is lost or significantly delayed:
— EMS / DHL / FedEx shipments include insurance — we will file a claim and either refund or reship
— Standard e-Packet shipments include limited tracking — we will work with Japan Post to investigate

Please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date before declaring a package lost, as international shipments may experience temporary delays.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
