Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched directly from our location in Tokyo, Japan. Every figure is carefully bubble-wrapped inside its original collector box and placed in a sturdy outer carton to prevent damage in transit.

Dispatch Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 10–14 business days
  • Japan (domestic): 2–4 business days

Customs processing may add 1–3 days for international destinations. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays in Japan and the destination country.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate international shipping fee, calculated in your local currency at checkout. Approximate equivalents:

  • United Kingdom: ~£14
  • Europe (EUR): ~€19
  • United States: ~$22
  • Japan (domestic): ¥870 standard, ¥3,762 express

The exact amount in your currency is shown during checkout before payment.

Tracking

All international orders ship tracked. You can monitor your parcel using the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

United Kingdom: Orders under £135 should not incur additional VAT or duties on delivery. For orders over £135, local VAT (20%) and possibly import duty may be charged by UK Customs before the parcel is released.

European Union: Orders under €150 should not incur additional duties. For orders over €150, local VAT and possibly import duty may apply.

United States: Orders under $800 are generally exempt from US import duties.

Any customs charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of dispatch. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.
